The integration between Cystelcom Video Server and Cisco ICM/IPCC allows queuing video calls in IPCC, thanks to the connection of Cystelcom Video IVR to Cisco ICM like a traditional VRU, through a VRU PG.
This system would allow queuing video calls within Cisco IPCC, since at the moment Cisco IP IVR does not support video calls. This integration allows, among other applications:
- Send audio and video to queued customers
- Allow visual navigation between different services and choosing the desired service
- Live video contact with contact center agents
